Discover the thrill of swimming through the narrow canyons and small caves that make up Cuevitas. These natural swim-throughs are beautifully lit by ambient sunlight, so there's no need for flashlights — though bringing one is recommended, as you might spot lobsters and cleaner shrimp hiding within the crevices. Because the passages are open and sunlit, no overhead-environment training is required: any comfortable Open Water diver can enjoy them, making this an easy introduction to cavern-style diving. At around 10 meters (33 feet), the site also offers a rich variety of coral formations and tropical fish, making it a favorite among adventurous divers.
